Santa Bard
I'm not sure how long the development cycle for a skin like this would take but hopefully it's done by the next Christmas Snowdown but this is too good of an idea to pass, it fits 
so well it's like he was made for the sole purpose of this skin.
Passive - Instead of Chimes we can have Christmas presents or Milk scattered around the map and we can have Little Elves or Poros instead of Meeps
Cosmic Binding - Bard throws a present instead of his usual...thingy
Caretaker's Shrine - Instead of a Shrine we could have Milk and Cookies instead
Magical Journey - Bard can be riding a sleigh while going through the portal or if that's too complicated the sleigh could be in front on or on the portal instead
Tempered Fate - Bard throws a Giant Present (or giant Christmas Tree Star) and when it lands the present pops open (or if it's a Star the Star could land on a tree if it hits a target and fall off if it doesn't hit anything kind of like Suprise Party

Cosmetic Changes <>Bard will be dresses in Red and White
<>His Horn will be replaced with a sack of presents
<>Bard's recall animation can be him riding a sleigh
<>Bard's animation when he quickly travel's can be him riding a sleigh
<>Instead of the usual chime sounds Bard can chime choice selections from some Christmas songs
