So I had an idea for a champ who was affected by magical radiation left over from the rune wars. Inspired by the idea of Kalamanda having been a magical fall out area, his outfits are inspired by the various Targonian champs + Bard - Pantheon. The third one ended up weird. I had the same idea. The Cold War analogue of League of Legends is The Rune Wars so it brings that kind of thing to mind. In the narrative, I think he would best fit as a student to Ryze, who may be hesitant to take on a new student after Brand, but seeing what he is capable decides to try it.
