Yeah, no. This is not good. This item is stupidly good, both in build path and stats. Plus, the cool down of the Stasis is lower than Hourglass, for no reason. Why would you randomly introduce another way for AD champions to reduce damage when they already have

I think that it would be better without armor, and its cooldown increased. Something like 2600 gold, 55 AD and 120-180 cd on active.
