Woad Scout is neat but it feels so much like a default-level skin... Quinn deserved better for her post-release skin IMHO.
In any case, Ashe has enough skins, wouldn't have hurt to ship a second, post-release Quinn skin (solely in view of Ashe's # of skins & nothing else).
Or a Liqui-Metal ZAC Skin since y'know... he has no post-release skin STILL.
Ashe has so many skins because she was one of the original champions. Quinn's skins take more work to make and I feel like a Maurader Quinn skin would look like Iron Solari Leona. Quinn still keeps that bird theme with her wings (making the idea of a metal skin horribly awkward on her) and she'd have the same colors as IS Leona with the same metal base and a bird theme.
I agree that Quinn, like many champions, deserves more skins, but a Marauder skin for her may look a little too similar to Vayne. Whereas Ashe has a clear shape, with her cape and long bow, Vayne and Quinn both utilize crossbows, and have a fairly similar shape overall, the only real difference being kits and Quinn having a bird. There may be too much identity problems with it :I
