Lulu may not be all princessy but the point of being someone un-princesslike as a princess. And plus, we haven't really have "royalty" related skins in a while, other than the card series, of course.

Could be legendary tier too! She can even try to skip like Annie, and even have her attempts of trying to act like a princess.
