There was a Paperboy Shen concept that got really popular a long time ago. http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=2358590&page=1#post26956902 Personally, paperboy/girl themed skins seem really boring to me to be honest. That's a nice drawing though but PTSD Teemo already has me sold form my one and only Teemo skin.
