Can we get an attack speed item for supports?

What support uses attack speed other then kayle? Also don't say some offmeta/troll thing like janna or bard.

But why?

I've been rushing wits end on support neeko. It's somewhat supporty with its passive ontop of giving you 40% airspeed and mr. Its also cheaper than tooth to help your low income supportness... though you'll need too look elsewhere for your c/d reduction.

I fush it if I see they have multiple APs, if not I like going

well if you are playing a support for "on hit" where you want an AS item for support why arent you using the runes that helps with this? such as alacrity and the 10% as rune? this should be more then enough
