LORE http://ronniesblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/TheVoid.jpg When Malzahar was first corrupted by the Void, the entire prophecy of Runeterra was whispered into his ears. Pure destruction and complete and utter annihilation is what he beheld in his mind. After what seemed like years of visions, he went mad and gave into the Void. He embraced the coming destruction and asked what it is he must do to welcome the coming obliteration. The voice he heard before was gone and replaced by a voice that sounded much more powerful. It screamed with power into his ears at first before dying down to a whisper. It explained how the world he lived within were inhabited by immortal spirits often ignored by the world. These spirits often flocked to human culture and became one with the culture. These spirits were yordles and they had huge potential for power beyond even their own comprehension. However, they had one huge downside and that is that their minds were easily corrupted. Without proper social interaction, they would be driven insane and eventually would become extremely malicious. Malzahar could see where this was going. The plan was simple. First, Malzahar had to create a cult to create a society large enough to attract a yordle spirit. While he was building the cult, he could use the growing power to welcome increasingly powerful Void creatures to this world. However, the one who whispered to Malzahar was far too powerful to be summoned by just a cult. It required a being which possessed great magical power from birth. Once the cult had attracted a yordle spirit, Malzahar had to take the yordle under his wing and teach him of the Void. He had to convince the spirit that this world was not worth fighting for. Then, he would have to drive the yordle insane to make sure it lost all ties to it's kind and the world. This part was dangerous, but it was necessary. Finally, in the yordle's madness, it had to summon the whisperer to this world. Only then would the apocalypse be able to finally come. Over the next few years, Malzahar forged the cult and fought against Kassadin, someone the whisperer tried to bring to the Void but failed. One day, the spirit finally arrived while Malzahar's cult was positioned within Zaun. It was hard to pick out at first, but he finally found it. He convinced the yordle to join the cult and the process began. Kassadin tried to stop the process, but Malzahar's ability to predict the future made it far too hard to touch the yordle. The yordle did not have a name so Malzahar named the yordle himself. Dorun, a small, skinny yordle that was missing one of his eyes, was destined to welcome the whisperer. Dorun would perform sacrifices for the Void often and, eventually, Malzahar felt it was time. He told the yordle of the prophecy and then, while Dorun was dazed by the story, locked Dorun within a tomb-like structure that would trap him inside with Void magic. Inside the tomb was nothing but Dorun and a legion of Voidling creatures. There he was kept for several months until, one day, the tomb exploded. While within the tomb, Dorun was being whispered to by many Void creatures and even the one who was mentioned within the prophecy. He at first wanted it all to stop, but, eventually, he embraced the powerful one's commands. He gave in to the Void completely that day. Holes formed within his head and hood, similar to Malzahar, but Dorun was corrupted even further than the prophet. His originally lost eye and the eye he already had became similar to that of a Void creature's and he grew fangs. His lower jaw stretched until it became a gaping maw filled with sharp teeth and acid-like liquid. He burst from the tomb with one purpose: to destroy all of Runeterra in order to summon his new master. Of course, even Dorun couldn't summon such a powerful being. He required a sacrifice and that sacrifice needed to have made contact with the Void. He was given a choice that day. Who would he murder and sacrifice to the master: Malzahar or Kassadin? Malzahar expected the corruption of Dorun to take much longer and was long gone when Dorun escaped from the tomb. Dorun erased the section of Zaun his tomb was within from the map, the entire section of the city being consumed by a large Void portal, and made his way across Runeterra to prepare it's annihilation. His blood lust could not be sated and he began to sacrifice dozens of humans and sometimes even yordles he came across every day. All he needed now was to find one of the other powerful corrupted beings in Runeterra. Then he could finally bring on the apocalypse.

This is my attempt at making a Skirmisher Summoner champion that has utility, but does not face the same issues as Ekko. He has a lot of crowd control, but he can't build Tank since his E permanently sacrifices a percentage of his current total health to cast it. Due to this, it is overall unwise to invest into any health items on him unless they have synergy with his kit. Dorun's main goal is to kill as many enemies as possible to infinitely increase the power of the Whisperer, an insanely powerful monster that he can summon before a fight through his ultimate, Doomsday. In order to do this, it would be wise to judge whether it would be smarter to press objectives and try to kill as many enemies who interfere as possible or play it safe and obtain power by killing easier to kill targets. Whatever you choose, just be sure to POWER THE VOID UP!
