Passive... First thing, multiple effect passive, so each effect has to be weakened so as to maintain a balance, otherwise you could create an overpowered passive. This passive isn't balanced, or entirely clear...

Deadly Poison: Jerang basic attacks inflict Deadly Poison on his enemies maximum 6 stacks dealing 10/20/30/40/50/60 (+ 35% of AD) attack damage.

  1. This is strong enough (if not too strong) as a passive on it's own.
  2. You didn't list how the effect happens, is it a DOT or does it deal bonus damage with each auto attack?
  3. If it's DOT then over how long of a period?
  4. If it's added to each AA that means at 6 stacks you are dealing bonus 60/120/180/240/300/360+35%AD each AA which is kind of broken.
  5. A poison that gets stronger based on AD, is unique, though non logical.

A general idea why the bonus damage in this way, with stacking is too strong... here is a few examples of how bonus damage works in passives...

  • 32 + (8 × Braum's level) magic damage, Max 176 per AA for 1.75 max, plus a stun... but only for that duration, plus you have to build up 4 stacks to get this benefit AND the target cant be effected by the effect for a short duration after.

  • Corki's basic attacks deal additional true damage equal to 10% of his attack damage. This bonus damage is not affected by critical hits, nor can it damage structures. Pretty straight forward, and passively deals way less bonus damage then your potential, even if you factor in that it's true damage.

*Darius' basic attacks and damaging abilities cause enemies to bleed for 12 / 15 / 18 / 21 / 24 / 27 / 30 / 33 / 36 (+ 30% bonus AD) magic damage over 5 seconds. This stacks up to 5 times for a maximum of 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120 / 135 / 150 / 165 / 180 (+ 150% bonus AD). Similar to what you were going for, balanced by the bleed being over time so healing and HP5 could save you

other close examples, Diana who has to hit you three times to get the trigger, Gangplank who has a stacking one that stacks 3 times dealing 3 + (Gangplank's level) magic damage per second for 3 seconds per stack...

I think my point has been made here. about the first part of your passive, but you also have a second passive...

Jungle Warrior : When Jerang is in the brush he gets bonus movement speed and 50 AD also when he leaves the brush he maintains it for 7 seconds.

  1. No % MS given
  2. More bonus AD
  3. 7 second maintain of bonuses after leaving brush

You already have one really strong passive but you gave him a buffed Nidalee passive too...

Prowl: Moving through brush increases Nidalee's movement speed by 10% for 2 seconds, which increases to 30% if she is moving toward a visible enemy champion within 5500-range.

You have 5 more seconds of duration, on top of dealing bonus AD with this passive too... It's too strong for too long.

>First: Crippling Spear Toss.Jerang throws his spear in a straight line dealing 100/150/200/250/300 (+ 70% of AD) attack damage and slowing them by 25%. Range: 1000.Cooldown:15 seconds. Cost: 50 energy.

quite similar to...

>Active: Nidalee hurls her javelin forward in a line, dealing magic damage to the first enemy it hits.

time for a little comparison...

Nidalee, Base Magic Damage: 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+40% AP) Max Magic Damage: 150 / 225 / 300 / 375 / 450 (+120% AP), Range 1500 CD 6.

Jerang, Flat damage 100/150/200/250/300 (+70%AD), Range 1000, CD 15

I noticed one thing... your damage, and distance is EXACTLY equal to 2/3rds of Nid's MAX potential damage -10% AD bonus, at max range. Yet yours will deal that huge chunk at any range. You have a longer CD to try and balance it a little... but that doesn't really work. Oh and bonus, you are an energy user... so energy recovers at a faster rate then mana, though you have such a high cool down that you wont need to worry, since you only use energy for one other ability.

Second: Ball of Death. Jerang throws his ball of bamboo (full of deadly gas)at target area exploding on contact with the ground dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (+ 60% of AD) attack damage lowering their sight radius.Range of throw: 650. Width of AOE:500.Cooldown:8 seconds.Cost: 45 energy.

  1. What is the area the circle encompasses?
  2. Does it start at max size right away?
  3. Does it deal full damage right away upon landing? Or once upon entering the area?
  4. Is the DOT like a poison? If so does it act like Cassiopia meets Graves - the slowing effect?
  5. Another Poison based off AD?

I am going to assume it deals the damage upon landing, and not through the poison. Which would make it comparable to Graves's W. Which yours scales Lower then Grave's, but will deal more damage because you get bonus damage based off AD, while his is AP... also yours has a much higher proportionate cost and much lower cool down.

Third:Leap.Jerang leaps to target enemy or wall sticking to it for 2 seconds becoming invulnerable if Jerang does not reactivate this ability he jumps off target dealing 50/90/130/170/210 (+ 80% AD) attack damage to enemies next to him. And can reactivate before time runs out to leap off to another wall or enemy 3 more times.

  1. Range he can jump?
  2. Cool down?
  3. Energy cost?
  4. is this a skill shot or a click cast?

deep breath No-no-no-no-no-no-no-no... just no... this ability is... TOO STRONG... there is a lot going on here...

2 second invulnerability, why? What purpose does this serve for him? to not take damage? That ability is used on VERY few champions. What comes to mind first is Fizz, who uses it in his E slot.

Active: Fizz hops onto his trident in a nearby location, becoming untargetable for 0.75 seconds and gaining the ability to use Trickster.png Trickster for no additional cost before the effect ends.

He only gets less then a second invulnerability. Let's look at another champion with an ability that makes someone invulnerable... Lissandra!

Active - Enemy Cast: Lissandra freezes target champion solid, dealing magic damage and stunning it for 1.5 seconds.

Active - Self Cast: Lissandra encases herself in a glacier for 2.5 seconds, becoming untargetable and invulnerable but unable to take any actions.

She uses her ULTIMATE to get a 2.5 second immunity.

But not Jerang... nono, he gets ~2 seconds... then another ~2 seconds, another AND another... total, ~8 seconds of invulnerability, plus who knows how much distance traveled. And an AOE damage after the ability is over... Wait a minute... Invulnerability, potential AOE damage... no it couldnt be...

Active: Fiora dashes around the battlefield — becoming untargetable in the process — dealing physical damage to random enemy champion(s) 5 times.

Oh yeah.. and dont forget the infamous

Unique Active - Stasis: Champion becomes invulnerable and untargetable for 2.5

So why do you get up to 8 seconds immunity from all damage?

> Ultimate:Silent Hunter. Jerang turns invisible for 7 seconds making his next basic attack to deal 150/190/230/270/310/350% damage and slows enemies movement speed and attack speed by 20/30/40/50/60% for 2 seconds revealing himself but gaining 40% bonus movement speed for 4 seconds.

This ultimate seems a little weird... why does it scale 6 times? The duration is fine, the buffs get ridiculous for the AD bonus, plus you reduce their movement speed and attack speed by a fairly huge amount AND you gain bonus movement speed., your personal buffs are really strong as is... i can see that the intent here is to get through the back line and take out the enemy carry... similar to Rengar in duration.... And buffs surpassing Kha'Zix's buffs/debuffs from his passive.

All together I can see what you are trying to do, and i am not opposed to your attempt. But you have a champion who is generally too strong. Passives give way too much in the bonuses, the logic of poison scaling with AD is kind of ridiculous. I'd say more but i am running out of typing space.
