ƒoes1 votesIMO I've learned that asking for champions rarely will actually get Riot to make them. On some occasions, like Ekko (who was a community concept several years ago, by the way!), Riot HAS made the champion, but keep in mind that it takes 1-2 years to develop a champion like that.

Doesn't mean you shouldn't come up with concepts.
ƒoes1 votesTrue, but what I'm saying is that you shouldn't ask for a champion because usually Riot won't tell you if they're going to work on that champion or not. We didn't know Ekko would be released until 2 years after the original concept was brought up.
