Porqa/Temperance, Seeress of Damnation Passive: Fleeting Freedom - Dying immediately refills Porqa and Temperance's Soul Cairns. After Porqa dies, Temperance's spirit form is able to run the map for the duration of her death, while in this form she cannot interact with anything, however she still grants vision to her team, in addition she can set down inactive Cairns. Her vision is blocked by turrets, control wards, and sweeping lenses. She can however pass through these ranges, even if she can't see them. Temperance cannot be revealed in this form by any means.

Q: Seeress' Sacrifice - Toggle - While Seress' Sacrifice is toggled on, Porqa gains a 10/20/30/40/50% movement speed buff, however she cannot regen health or mana, any regen she would recieve is instead dispersed to allies. Toggling off Seress' Sacrifice grants her a shield equal to the amount of health she would've regen while it was toggled on, this shield lasts for 5 seconds. Using this while a Cairn is active, doubles it's effects, but breaks the Cairn.

W: Seeress' Sight - AOE - Porqa channels for 1 second, then reveals a targeted location with true sight for 5 seconds, dealing 5/6.25/7.5/8.75/10% of her ap to all enemies in the location every second. In addition, every tick of damage applies a stack of Seeress' Sight to enemy champions, for every stack of Seeress' Sight applied, the champion is revealed with true sight for an additional second, beginning when they either leave Seeress' Sight's AOE, or Seeress' Sight ends. If there is an active Soul Cairn, this ability gains massive range, and destroys the Soul Cairn.

E: Soul Cairn/Desecration Soul Cairn - Every time a minion dies Porqa gains a Soul Cairn. Porqa can carry up to 3 Soul Cairns at a time, and can place up to 5. When Porqa is not in range of a Soul Cairn, or is in Spirit Form, the Soul Cairns are Inactive, they grant vision equal to that of a ward, and can be destroyed with two auto attacks. When Porqa is in range of a Soul Cairn it becomes active, while the Cairn is active Porqa gains a shield equal to 100/150/200/250/300 + 50% of her AP, this shield is refreshed if she does not take damage for 8 seconds. While active, Cairns cannot be destroyed. Only one Cairn can be active at a time. In addition, any champions that die within range of Porqa, they leave behind a Soul Cairn until they respawn, enemy Cairns give the enemy vision. While Porqa is in range of a Cairn, Soul Cairn becomes Desecration.

Desecration - Any time Porqa destroys a Soul Cairn, it deals damage and slows all enemies in range, in addition, all allies recieve 50% of Soul Cairn's shield for 5 seconds, as well as a small movement speed buff equal to 20% of their movement speed.

R: Purification/The Breaking of the Vows Purification - Purification can only be used if Porqa has at least one stack of Broken Vow. It consumes all stacks of broken vows, and heals an ally for 3/4/5% of their max health per stack, as well as granting them a movement speed buff equal to 20/35/50% of their Movement speed and dies. Porqa then enters her passive Spirit Form, with a large movement speed buff, and a halved death timer. The Breaking of the Vows - Targeted Skill Shot(Caitlyn Ult) - Can only be used if Porqa has no stacks of Broken Vow, Porqa channels for 5 seconds, then breaks all placed Soul Cairns, dealing 50/75/100 Damage + 20% of her AP, per Cairn and stunning them for .3/.4/.5 seconds per Cairn. This channel can only be interrupted by killing her, and like Cait's ult, can be blocked by other enemy champions. Passive - Whenever Porqa destroys a Soul Cairn she gains a stack of Broken Vow. Broken Vow - With every stack of Broken Vow, the stacks max out at 10.

Lore

Temperance was a young girl from the Isles of Light, she was gifted with a strange ability. Temperance could know things others could not. Despite not being around for many events, Temperance could still give accurate witness to what had passed. She eventually became known as a Seeress. When the Isles were destroyed and twisted by Hecarim and his Liege, Temperance found out another secret about herself. Although she could lose her physical body, she could not truly die. Eventually Temperance found a host for herself, a seemingly familiar young girl named Porqa. However Porqa had her own secrets, like Temperance, she could not die per say, when she did die, she would simply wake up somewhere new, her body restored. They were drawn to each other, companions in their prison of deathlessness, but Porqa had another gift, this one not such a boon. Wherever she went, she caused misfortune, and where she appeared, disaster was soon to follow.

I really like the idea of the passive, giving vision control if say you die near drag/baron you can check how low it is, allowing for a steal. This would also be fun to force people to build sweepers warding a bush and instead facechecking them this would be so fun for an assassin team comp. with reng, graves and khakix, who rely on a lack of vision near them [slayer-pantheon-rainbows]
