I'd absolutely love it to pieces if Riot incorporated Zeri as a Champion.
Zeri was one of my favorite characters in the (now closed and gone forever) MOBA Dawngate. She was a support-ish utility mage, moderate-high damage with strong team buffs. She was also, as you can tell from the linked concept art, very vividly stylized, full of vibrance color energy personality and FUN. I'd love to see a version of her incorporated onto the Rift, maybe as an Ionian or Demacian.
She was an artist, a too-curious-for-her-own-good kid with an exceptional talent for artistry and painting. She also snuck out in disguise at night to vandalize her city with graffiti tags. In combat she threw brightly colored globs of paint to attack and weaken her enemies and buff her allies. She was spunky, sometimes rude and disrespectful, but with a good heart and a passion for all things beautiful and wonderous.
Just throwing this out there, trying to keep one of my favorite characters alive.
(Edited to remove the bloated kit descriptions. I don't care so much about preserving the character's in-game kit as I do her style, feel, and spirit.)
