New AD jungle item

Right now, I feel like is in the same situation that was in back when it was just AP and CDR. It's an okay item, but it's not really anything unique.

What I propose is a new jungle item that has the same unique passive as , except that it procs after any physical damage is dealt, and its slightly weaker. This would give it a feel like Runic Echoes I think.

Thoughts?

Bad idea. It would force certain type of AD junglers out of the meta and empower the assassin-like ones. I'd rather have a Warrior enchant built out of item 3077 , but it would be a niche item aswell.

Poppy, Hecarim, any marksmen (Quinn and Graves) any other AD bruiser jg that isn't out to one shot you.
