Just a heads up- VGU stands for "Visual & Gameplay Update", like the updates Sion, Gangplank, Poppy, Taric, Ryze and recently Yorick got.

You're asking for a Visual Update/visual tweaks for this skin, but I don't think Riot has any plans to update Diana's visual in any way.

Also, the model viewer doesn't do justice to League's models, as they're supposed to be viewed from isometric view. I personally think that Diana's models are more than fine and are actually from the time when Riot started raising the bar for League's visuals (in models, textures, VFX, splashes and more).

There are also many champions with a much dire need for a VU than Diana (even if it's just for a skin), and updating resources could definitely go to a champion who deserves it more.
