Lillie, the Vine Pooch
A standard poodle like champion, in the same form factor and size as Lamb from Kindred, is ready to swing into action with being entirely plant based, fluffy, and adorable!
Lillie is a double lane support, helping both solo laners by quickly running back and forth between the two lanes, and by fulfilling proper support duties she is offered with extremely fast jungle clears, but very slow if she tries to be selfish and only thinks about herself. If she tries going to a lane with 2 or more friendly champions already in it, then she does not get fast jungle clearing benefits until a certain time in the game has past.
What you give up for having Lillie's strong supportive aid and fast clears is a lack of strong kill potential, unlike what something like a Lee Sin or Elise could offer with weaker duo-lane jungle help, so she plays well with scaling solo lane picks and an aggressive early game duo-lane.

Good Girl! (Passive):
Whenever Lillie aids an allied champion then she deals 10 - 25 (+10%AP) bonus magic damage on hit against monsters for the next 12 seconds, beginning when she attacks a monster, this damage can stack up to 10 times (maximum 100 - 250 (+100%AP) bonus magic damage on hit against monsters).
Lillie does not gain this bonus when two or more allied champions are near each other for the first 10:00 minutes of the game.
Killing monsters grants Lillie 20%(+10% per 100AP) bonus movement speed for 4 seconds. Gaining a takedown against large or epic monsters or champions permanently grants Lillie 1 bonus movement speed and 4 ability power.

Vine Whip (Q):
Cooldown: 3 seconds; Range: 900/950/1000/1050/1100 units
Lillie whips a vine in the target direction, colliding with either the first enemy struck, allied champion, or piece of terrain.
An enemy is dealt 40/65/90/115/140(+75%AP) magic damage, hitting a monster does the same damage in an area around it. Colliding with terrain or an allied champion will pull Lillie towards it.
(Pulling towards an allied champion counts as aid.)
Fluffy Spirit (W):
Cooldown: 9 seconds; Range: 900 units; Champion Range: 1400/1550/1700/1850/2000 units
Passive: Healing an allied champion with Fluffy Spirit marks them indefinitely, causing them to take 90% reduced healing from Lillie. Only one champion can be marked at a time. Lillie moves 25%(+5% per 100AP) faster when moving away from the marked champion, and the same bonus when moving towards allied champions below 40% health.
Active: Heal the target champion for 60/100/140/180/220(+90%AP) health and Lillie gains 25/30/35/40/45% bonus attack speed for 4 seconds. This cooldown is reduced to 3 seconds when healing an allied champion.
(Healing a marked champion does not grant aid.)
Entanglement (E):
Cooldown: 10 seconds; Range: 650 units
Enemy Cast: Lillie latches on to the target with a vine, disarming and grounding the target for up to 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. Cooldown is halved when cast against monsters, with the initial lash executing monsters below 200/240/280/320/360(+150%AP) health. Vine Whip deals 30% increased damage against the entangled target.
This counts as aid if an allied champion is nearby for every 0.5 second latched on to an enemy champion.
Allied Cast: Lillie latches on to the target with a vine, granting the target 25/30/35/40/45%(+5% per 100AP) damage reduction for up to 3 seconds (max 99%). Every 0.5 second latched on to the target counts as aid.
(If the target moves too far away, then the vine breaks.)

Lillie's high energy causes her next ability cast to be super charged, causing it to become 80/140/200% more potent.
