So, there's tons of threads about itemization being diverse, underwhelming, extremely powerful, cookie-cutter, or just plain non-existent.
I figure, with ideas about all kinds of items thrown around, how about a thread for everyone to post their ideas on what kinds of items we need in League of Legends?
All ideas are welcome! Whether it's a realistic and perfectly balanced item or a completely overpowered and probably should never happen item, anything could bring a spark of inspiration!
Inspired by the multitude of Maw of Malmortius threads, along with the Magic itemization threads, I created these.

Unique Passive - Lifegrip: When Lifeline triggers, gain 10% Cooldown Reduction and +5% Damage Reduction until out of combat.

Unique Passive - Lifeline: Upon taking damage that would reduce health below 25%, grants a shield that absorbs damage equal to 300 for 3 seconds. (120 second cooldown)
Unique Passive - Lifegrip: When Lifeline triggers, 15% of damage taken is dealt as a Bleed effect for 3 seconds instead until out of combat.
