Client freezes when queuing Dynamic Queue, making an Item Set, and accepting the queue pop-up

It doesn't always seem to happen, but it has happened at least twice, once with the Ranked queue (I lost LP for it), once with the Normal queue.

  1. Open Dynamic Queue Lobby.
  2. Start matchmaking.
  3. Open your Summoner Profile and open the Item Sets tab.
  4. Start making or editing an Item Set, but do not hit Save.
  5. Wait for the queue to find a group.
  6. When the queue finds a group, accept the match.
  7. Wait to see if the client freezes.

It doesn't seem to always freeze, but it's happened twice now. Once in the Champion Select screen, the other before it even loaded that far. I've also taken screenshots on both occasions to show the client did, in fact, freeze and become unresponsive.

i've got the same problem i had it 3 times now and lost all in all 26 lp for it...
