If ya'll haven't seen it, Ace of Spades Ezreal has some more changes up on the PBE.

Personal opinion of course, but I'm disappointed. I liked the original version they put up best.

I just think the "blond wannabe boy-band member" skins have been done to death on him. I shouldn't be complaining, seeing that a champion with 8 skins already is getting another one (which I'm happy about), but this was a chance for a new, cool-looking skin and now it just kinda looks like more of the same (to me, anyway).

Humbly requesting a return to the original version :/

Why did they take away the pointy hair? That was the damn point: he LOOKS like a SPADE.

I like the changes to the outfit but I hate the hair. It looked much better brown then it does blond... he is blond in just about all of his skins so we really don't need it again. The brown actually made this one more unique originally and now it totally lost that.

I think the reason they changed his hair color was to make him more easily identifiable. A big head of blond hair is kinda Ezreal's thing, and since he doesn't have too many other defining characteristics immediately seen from his model, they changed his hair. (not sure why they changed the clothes though, maybe it was too cluttered at game height?)

i would have bought this skin for the brown hair but I think I'll pass now. It's just regular ezreal in a now unattractive outfit. It's way to blonde. I'd prefer light brownish blonde if nothing else. I buy skins because I want champs to have a different look and this just doesn't stand out as unique anymore with the same hair as his other skins. I may as well play one with a better outfit and save my rp.

The dark hair was the best, and I was actually considering getting the skin with the first iteration. Not anymore. The first one actually looks like Ace of Spades Ez. The new one just looks like After the Salon- Brazilian Blowout Ez.

They've been changing it because, as we've looked at on PBE- the previous iterations of Ace of Spades Ezreal didn't have ANY of the visual cues of it being Ezreal- distinctive gauntlet/handpiece, flashy hair, and a slight build. The outfit adds a little bit more size to his overall build shape, dark hair gets rid of the biggest cue for Ezreal, and his gauntlet blended way too easily into the rest of his outfit- it honestly took time to figure out who this champion was in-game. He really needs these cues due to the fact that his animations (until he starts throwing abilities and dealing damage) are rather bland; indistinctive. The visuals of boy-band hair, slim build, and asymmetrical gloves really stick in the mind to identify the champion.

I think the first version was too black/dark, i liked the brown much better. I don't agree on removing the stripes either.

But i get why they made him blonde again: ez has nothing distinguishing in his silhouette, his hair is one of his major distinguishing features, along with the gauntlet (which doesn't really stand out on this skin)

I think the new hair looks cool. Much more regal, as I always imagine Ezreal would be. He's like Renly Baratheon from Game of Thrones. Metro, closet gay dude who dresses super extravagantly.

The fact that most of us complaining about this is because we have no idea why Ezreal is getting 2 skins in such a short time, while other champs like Graves Lucian isn't getting any.
