lucian can dash through the thinist of walls at a mana cost. talon can parkour over every wall for free.

seems fair...

I am wondering if he will actualy be able to vault over enemy terrain like that as well. I kind of feel like that might be a bit overkill to make it so enemy walls can never hold him. Certain champs already get minimal use out of their wall ults as is.
