A QoL change I think everyone might *actually* agree would be nice:

An indicator, appearing only in champ select, showing that a player owns all champions.

It'd be really useful for coordinating trades, and speed things along quite a bit.

Or perhaps hovering your mouse over a champion (not your pick intent) could light up anyone that owns that particular champion. This could also be implemented in the banning phase in case you don't want to ban a champion that a certain role might want to chose (as they own them).

Would be really nice tbh. Sometimes I'd like to ask if I can pick for someone but don't know if they'll have my champ.

Alternatively, allow people to actually just trade their pick order

I think you should be able to hover over the champ and it'll show who owns it

Im not down. When a new champ is released and they clearly see im indicating I want to play a different champ and they say, PLZ PICK 4 ME and proceed to feed. Id rather say I dont have the champ and watch the enemy team suffer. Or a yasuo player asking me to trade for them. Gross.

I think a better idea would be when hovering a champion- ally portraits glow differently based on if they own them or not.

Semi off topic, but very related.

Can we get a little gold 1/4 circle in the bottom left (or wherever, half circle top middle maybe) on a champ portrait that indicates "you have this champs chest."

Sometimes I forget who I have chest for as I only check every 7-8 days.

most people i play with seem to have almost all if not all the champions but this would be a very welcomed change indeed

Or an indicator when you pick someone (greyed out) that your pick intent or picked champion is owned by someone, next to their name or something.

YES, this would be nice.
