That skin is so deceiving in the splash art, the only reason I asked a friend to gift me it is because I thought he would have gold space aids and gold colored moves instead of purple, when I saw it was all purple I was extremely disappointed and wanted to refund it(can't, it's gifted)

The TU is the only hope I have for him to have gold particles instead of purple, it can't be hard to scale the color to gold can it?

Man, it would be great if Riot actually went back and re-did the older skins instead of retiring them to the legacy vault- there are some really amazing concepts there that merely need to be better executed.

Although it would be nice to have the particles match the splash, I feel as though they would have to raise the price since it would increase the quality of the skin. (I honestly would buy it if it had gold particles since I LOVE Malzahar.)

You're not the first one to be misled by the splash art: many people do it with this skin as well as others. Riot suggests looking at Champion Skin Spotlights on Youtube before you purchase/ask to be gifted a skin so you know full well what you are buying. ):

Exactly. Shadow Prince is only 520 RP. If they updated the particles they would probably raise the price. Regardless, I would love the gold particles on it.

Technically they would however there is one skin where its super cheap and has new particles, I'm of course talking about Leprechaun Veigar with his Rainbow W and Clover E

I love the splash for this skin. The in game model is so old. I imagine they will update him and all of the skins that are outdated when his VU comes, which I hope is sooner than later. Like what they did to Singed.

Don't understand how he is a prince? The only prince of Shurima to ever existed died thousands of years ago when Shurima as a nation existed. (During the time of Azir)

Realistically speaking how much did you expect from a 520 RP skin? It would be lovely for the skin to be updated but the price would have to be increased, and for that you might as well make a new skin which is coming out later in the month.
