Champion Specific Discussion Sub-boards?

Something that I've always enjoyed in other forums for games I've played are character or class specific subforums for discussion.

It's a really nice place to discuss strategy, matchups, post guides or videos, etc. I think it would be useful for new and veteran players alike and it would give people easy access to a location where they could talk about their favorite champion.
