I check the board daily and I rarely see Riot respond. Oh they will respond about marketing gimmicks or what their favorite food is, but they hardly ever address he grievances that people post here.
I'm sorry, but Riot is in charge of one game and they literally make hundreds of millions of dollars a year.
I expect more. Should I not?

It's not that they don't care about you, it's just that they can't and won't fix everything you complain about. Something that is balanced to the Riot Team and High Elo players will seem broken and OP to low elo players. That is why they don't fix it, because everything you complain about is actually balanced. By the way, low elo makes up 70% of the league community! Silvers and bronze make up 70%!!!!
