I check the board daily and I rarely see Riot respond. Oh they will respond about marketing gimmicks or what their favorite food is, but they hardly ever address he grievances that people post here.
I'm sorry, but Riot is in charge of one game and they literally make hundreds of millions of dollars a year.

The honest truth is that Riot rarely listens to low elo concerns because everything is OP and broken to a low elo player.
Oh they'll even delete posts that support them and not respond. I'd say one of the worst customer service gaming companies out there.

Like you said, we don't care what their favorite food is. Why bother posting at all if they are going to post crap like that.
