Uhhhh.... I'm not really understanding those "universal board rules"

Apparently complaining about the servers going down 2 nights in a row falls under the "don't be a jerk" category and gets deleted.

Complaining that the servers go down not one night, but two nights in a row, on a game I've spent money on.... Is being a jerk?

I think I need someone to explain the rules to me more clearly or I'm gonna get banned if I keep posting here. I thought "being a jerk" was like, attacking other players and calling them a bunch of bad words. I didn't know that complaining that Riot has millions of dollars yet has the server consistently go down every night was "being a jerk".

I don't understand that at all.
