permalink'd a post on page 10 of stashu's cassiopeia thread
and the page said i was on page 9 (and claimed there were only 9 pages) while displaying page 10.

there are 11 pages in that thread now and it seems to be if i click 'permalink' on a comment on the last page in the thread, it works correctly except the page count claims there are one fewer pages than reality, and that i'm on that last page http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/gFME3v51-on-the-future-of-cassiopeia-also-some-background?show=flat&comment=00670000 so that link should display page 10 despite it being page 11
