Actually there is a very small to no amount of moderation here due to the lack of needing moderation (so far). This has been a common complaint, and you may actually find this post helpful. Or at the very least reassuring.

You may even recognize the author of the post if you frequented GD for long enough.

Not sure why they banned you either, but calling the mods assholes might not necessarily do much other than getting you banned here too.

I've sent in multiple support tickets addressing the issue and i haven't received a solid reply yet.

Honestly, they almost never explain bannings. The GD moderation has been suspect in their behavior for quite a while and you can find numerous counts of unwarranted banning and thread closing. Just part of the problem with Riot's policy on moderation, not much you can do about it except make a smurf account to use the forums (not that I approve of smurfing, I actually can't stand it, but you have every right to use the forums unless proven otherwise).

all my smurfs got banned.

I made a thread after my main acc got banned and i asked politly why i was banned. I got banned on that account then again on another...

Yep, unfortunately that's part another thing that has occurred from time to time with Riot's GD moderation. Abuse of power (at least seemingly) and sweeping thread closes and ban hammer lunacy. I don't really have any information, so I can't really tell you or give you an explanation.
