This is a free to play game, so why would boards be pay to use?

I don't think this would actually work. At least from in game experience, I have seen a lot of trolls and flamers using skins.

I've spent prolly about 1,0000.00 dollars om this game buying skins and half the champions I think maybe a VIP is needed
