Can "Team Recruitment" be forced chronological view like GD?

It doesn't make sense for a recruitment board to be sorted by popularity.

Team that are already filled would rise to the top. ie: threads that have already served their purpose and are now completely useless would rise to the top.

It also makes sense, on a recruitment board, for only active threads to be at the top. If someone abandons their thread, why should it get more visibility than someone who just posted a new thread and is looking for a team? And why shouldn't I be able to bump my thread if I'm still looking for people to add to my team a couple days after the thread was already posted?

tl;dr -> chronological format makes more sense on a recruitment board than a reddit/upvote style, and it should be forced that way, just like GD.
