So you openly admit that you don't read your own bug report forum? Because I posted this before it was released, since I didn't have PBE access, and needed someone to test it and make sure it was still procing on-hits, because we all knew it was procing spell effects like ludens:

They may have missed your post because people keep putting non-bug report threads in the Report a Bug board, or ignored it because it was a PBE issue and didn't belong there.

"My problem wasn't addressed" isn't much of a reason to make hasty generalizations about how they manage bug reports.

#They seriously could use more ppl focusing on the Boards, though.

You mean other than the fact that directly contacting Rioters through their email is not the appropriate channel? You probably got deleted and ignored, as one would expect when you think you're above such procedures.
