Honestly, it doesn't even resemble a forum....
If forums are going the way of the lame reddit design, I'll be quite sad. I don't go there because of the way it's designed. It looks like craigslist page, or a singles website "Drop a line, leave a message, search for someone".
Does NOT look professional, it's just a cluttered mess of information that you have to sort through constantly. I honestly still don't know how comments are situated, it looks completely random.
The other forums had a very League of Legends feel to them. I've gone to DoTA's forums, Smites forums, and they failed in comparison to your previous boards. This is a really unfortunate turn Riot, because you have done some real good work recently, but this is a step back within the community.
