That's you clicking on an odd link, that's your fault not Riot's.
In your URL, click replace the http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/ru/ ("ru" for "Russian") with http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/ ("en" for "English").
Do you see how the url starts with "http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/ru" ?
That's for the Russian language. Replace "ru" with "en" for English.
