Boards Character Cap Limit

Hi I would like a Rioter or someone to explain why the maximum character amount was lowered. I wanted to post my champion concept "Avon the Transcendent" on the new boards as we are making the gradual transfer to them but the amount of characters has been lowered by a LOT. I know that both my threads are close to 30,000 characters ( about 27,000 each) but they cut off about two thirds of the way now which annoys me. I don't know if there is something wrong with the actually posts themselves but feel free to check them out below.

Champion Concept: Avon the Transcendent LORE ONLY

If there is something wrong I would really like to know. I know you are already thinking how can ANYONE possible need so much room for a post and my answer is that I just do my new updated lore thread that I just finished today is 27,000 characters long and that is just the lore. I made it a separate thread because it was massive and deserved its own place for people who love to read a story, using that lovely thing known as their imagination to really get an understanding of a character.

No I can't shorten it into a paragraph as that would be really lame (No offense Riot but your writing a story of a characters life which is why Zac's lore is perfect and grand and just epic while others are not so much)

So if there could be an extension it would really make my day as some of us need ridiculous amounts of space.

Thanks

You can always reserve the first post if your stuffs is too long.

While I cannot explain the reasoning behind the lowered limit itself, I can tell you that you should be able to circumvent the limit by adding more in a subsequent edit. The character limit only seems to be applied on the initial posting. Of course, it's been a little while since I've done it, so there's a small chance it's changed.

Not here. Because it won't display correctly. It won't look like a continuation of the first post, but like another post.

Which, frankly, I have to think is stupid.
