I just saw a trash post raging about Vayne get deleted from gameplay and balance. It wasn't anything too valuable, but it was whining about how broken she is top lane. Lots of "stupid" and "like cancer" in that post, but nothing I was aware is against the rules. It wasn't in the wrong board, so why'd you delete it?

Swearing is fine. Having every other word be a curse word, doesn't add anything to the conversation and might as well be spam.
