[IDEA] Tips/Player help board

This is needed very badly. A board where people go to either ask for help on something or to read posts that help them out with the game. The current issue is that in order to find help on certain things in the game (like CSing) or if you want to post a guide on something, it's difficult because of the sheer number of posts that go in gameplay. Miscellaneous isn't any better and none of the other boards really fit.

regardless of there being a new board for it, it will get pushed down eventually. if you need help looking for old threads on a subject, use the search function, or just make a new one to avoid necrobumps. It will be easy keeping track of it since it will appear in your posting history, so just go to Gameplay boards.
