Some general feedback from a GD veteran and a few requests

Been posting since early 2012. I like the new features, I'm happy that you guys tried to keep a very similar style of forum boards to old GD while making it feel less clunky. I can't really say I have many complaints, good job rito. 1000 RP pls for me posting btw.

A few requests:

I really liked the summoner ranked badges for each season. I know there were some downsides to it but it made your rank feel like an accomplishment even on the forum boards. Seeing guys with s1 and s2 ranked badges is an awesome thing, it tells me "hey this guy has been around the block a few times and he's pretty darn good apparently." I know there likely isn't a single great reason to have them, but I don't see any reason not to and I can't imagine it being that hard to implement - I could be wrong though.

My second request may be a little more off topic and less forum board based in terms of development but I thought I'd go ahead and throw it out there anyway. Is there anyway level 30 banned accounts could be unbanned? Perhaps this is simply even a case of the individual going to support and saying "hey I want to be a part of the new forums and I'm interested in having my account unbanned." With new rules and more monitoring, I'm sure if they intend to break rules again to the extremes they did in the past, they could be dealt with? I guess this isn't even a feature request or something that the boards team can handle but am I off base here to say "hey we are on a new board, let people start off on a clean slate if they'd like?"
