Posting on the boards

Whenever you post on the boards, remember this simple fact: Rioters have no obligation to look here or head any of our feedback if they're the few who do. On other threads, I've seen one comment that the boards are for us to talk to each other, NOT for use to talk to Riot. I've had e-mails back from support specifically stating that as well, and that while they are a company who pays wages, they "can't force our employees to" do part of their jobs. The Rioter in the thread did, however, add that if you wish to see any real change by the teams,** send in a Support Ticket. **That's an e-mail directly to staff, which they do in fact have to read. The Boards, on the other hand, are simply for us to scream at eachother while the tyrants who refuse to listen to us make whatever changes they know will keep the more flashy champions popular.

Please, Please listen to me. Send your feedback in the form of a Support Ticket (upper right of this page), and NOT on the boards, since Rioters are not required to look here.

This is...partially helpful. But yes, use Support Tickets if you actually need a response. Google your issues first, because anything that has happened to you has already happened to someone else, and they don't have that problem anymore.

It is very unlikely that any RIOT members will comment or even attempt to help you for any questions or needs. They delete any post about complaints towards them for their faults. Anyone reading this post as well as comments, have a problem SEND IT TO SUPPORT! To actually get feedback of a sort.
