Question: Where do I post stuff about a community-run game mode?

I help run Factions, a community game mode based on faction vs. faction battles (like Noxus vs. Ionia). We've been running for about a year now, with thousands of participants. I mention this as clarifying detail, because it's not so much "it would be cool if there were a game mode like this" as it is "here is some news about a currently active game mode".

I'm not entirely clear on where to post Factions posts. Maps & Modes? Miscellaneous? Community Creations?

For Factions lore, I think Community Creations is probably the place to post it.

But for things like "tournament this weekend" or "sign-ups open for the next round", where would that go? Or, e.g., just a generic "Hey! Come play Factions!" post?

If I had to guess I would say Memes & Games. Otherwise I would say Community Creations. I sort of wish that when they removed things due to it being on the incorrect board they would tell you what board is the right one, some of the topics are kind of unclear or have grey area.

Eventually I would actually like to see an entire Board dedicated to community game modes. One of the biggest limiting factors to these becoming a thing (other than the lack of in-game tools) is the lack of awareness that these communities of players that want to try something new exist.

I feel like this is a Community Creation, and a cool one at that, and would expect that the Community Creations board would be the correct one to post on.

I think it would depend on the context of the post. Some of them would belong in M&M, others would belong in CC.
