I have lost 17 of my last 20 games... sadly, I have really honestly tried to win all of them. Play a champ I enjoy, lose. Play a broken op champ, lose. Play a weak champ, lose. I feel like I have forgotten how to win. I feel sorry for my teammates.
Play bots and focus on CSing better. Early game income largely improves your success later in game.
Also, how many champions do you own? If you have 25 or so you should look into how to counter pick your opponents. Like the other day the enemy locked in Varus, Olaf, Lulu, Vel'koz and Xin Zhao. So my friend and I locked in Yasuo and Braum and facerolled the enemy team.
I would go play something else more relaxing. Like dark souls 3 jk. I would be playing that if it wasn't for my broken thumb.
