The technology isn't quite there yet

Why can riot not do a mass update of skins (especially above 975) for the ones that don't have recalls and add recalls. Skins like Dragon Tamer Lulu, Arcade Sona (im suprised this one wasn't updated with the huge arcade event), Astronautilus, and many more.

I guess we just don't have that kind of technology.
