Why can riot not do a mass update of skins (especially above 975) for the ones that don't have recalls and add recalls. Skins like Dragon Tamer Lulu, Arcade Sona (im suprised this one wasn't updated with the huge arcade event), Astronautilus, and many more.
I guess we just don't have that kind of technology.

^ Don't underestimate the hours upon hours of work this would take. They would have to re-animate every skin that costs 975 or more that's more than a year old; I'm sure many of them would need model updates before new animation could be applied, too. It's not that simple.
