would love to know how many times I proc Stormraider's Surge in a game

Right, but just the sheer number of times it procs every game even on just your champion is too much. Stormraider's is a REALLY good idea and a perfect situational mastery for some assassins (it's probably the best on Talon) but Thunderlord's is so much more than situational. It procs even when you're not trying to poke for half someone's health.

I'd love to be able to compare how often each of them is proc'd every game, though it might not be good to gauge their usefulness based on this.
