Well my fear about these automated systems have been confirmed.

I now have to pander to trolls or dodge if I don't want my games ruined. Because there is no report feature pre game, I am forced to dodge constantly. For the past 5 lobbies in a row some toxic fuck has decided to pick under me, threaten to feed, or just be completely obnoxious and toxic to the entire team, with nothing I can do about it. Why the hell do I have to take a screenshot every time something like this happens when there isn't just a button to dodge and report a lobby. It boggles my mind how every time something that's supposed to fix the troll problem comes around, the trolls multiply like mating bunny rabbits!

9 times out of 10 the guy trolling in champ select is bluffing. Screenshot his rage, post it in chat and tell him that's what you'll be using to report him if he trolls. That often prompts THEM to dodge, or at least play through the game without trolling. I do this and you'd be surprised at how effective it is.

You can then take that screenshot to Riot support on the site here if they dodge. That's what I do at least. I also still report them after the game even if they don't troll because they still deserve it :]
