Don't get your panties in a bunch, the buff was needed since he can barely do his job in fight and as a proper scout tool.

He's still going to be that one champion that doesn't do any damage at all unless fed.

Once was 16/0 as Teemo, still couldn't carry, no matter how hard I tried. Teemo just isn't the guy you want if you're expecting a fast win. Can't even get a penta as him besides getting 3 quadras.

I always due burst pressure teemo,Liandries lich bane Morellos,sorc boots ludens/void staff and rabadons it works your dmg is stable through out the game behind or ahead your ult will sting thanks to liandries

Usual build for me. Shame you don't have cdr or constant mana to shroom the entire map.

On the bright side, the shroom buffs will help slightly even if they're more mana costy lategame.

Basicaly, either you pick damage or you pick utility.

They changed his shroom's mana-cost to 75 at all ranks, increased their duration to 7 minutes, and lowered the recharge rate.
