Seriously These Teammates...
I HATE playing Ranked now, i want to play a game mode where everyone is trying their hardest, i want to see where my skill ranks up, but i can't. Most games are over before 15min because we either have an AFK or someone who is feeding... or both. People are toxic for no reason and for whatever reason think they are gods gift to league, despite the fact part of the reason we are losing is them.
Riot, how can i improve when my team is hellbent on losing? I understand we all have bad games but why do i seem to get all the people having bad games on my team, specially during my series. This happened last season too, i won my way up to my Promos for Gold V more then 4 times with no problems, but once i got into my series, 1-2 people would AFK, the rest would feed or just rage all game. This is happening again, im getting the worst of the worst on my team and its making improving impossible. You can learn from a loss, learn what you did wrong, what you should have done instead. These games though, i learn nothing except that my team lost the game before it even started... and yes i know im also part of the reason we are losing. I dont have the skill to offset how bad they are, my drive to win is definitely there but that is almost always shadowed by someones drive to lose. Im trying to get better, but its hard to do in Normals when you can't tell if its your own skill that won or them not trying/trying new champions. Ranked is where i want to test the skills i already have and it seems i do not have the skills to carry someone who goes 2/8 before 20 minutes. Which brings me to my final question... Why is that person going 2/8 before 20min in the same league as me? I dont lose like that in ranked, the only times i do that bad are when i support a very terrible ADC (where i sacrifice myself for them despite their raging at me) or when i play a champion i thought i had a grasp on only to learn i had no idea how to use them efficiently (brings me back to the "Normals doesnt help with your skill" point).
