So why exactly is Kha popular all of a sudden?

I'm just curious on how all of a sudden I've run into so many kha picks today.

_And if you guys are going to play Kha again can you please adapt to the current Kha meta and evolve q first. _

The new Black Cleaver. It'd help him deal with a tanky team if he got put against one.

Like Farmer said, Cleaver. He also got a 50% buff to first rank W heal (smaller buff past that I think) so his first clear is much safer. People are really turned off of champions that can't get to level 3 without being babysat half of it.

Ehh new Black Cleaver is horrible on Kha lol but the W buff could be it.
