People have been saying for years that Poppy needs a rework
And now people are bitching because she's getting reworked.

Who are these people? So far I've only seen positive feedback on Poppy's rework.
My biggest fear was she was going to be reworked into one of the many Fan reworks i've read through. there were a small group of people that felt that she should have had a half baked version of her current ult , allowing CC and having damage reduction
