Riot, can you punish ARAM dodgers a little more?

I cannot recall the last time I did an ARAM that was not dodged at least once. My current game was dodged 3 times... and that is more or less on par with most my matches.

How about you remove 50% ip from the dodger's next match regardless of match type. Or reach through the screen and slap them. You know, something to discourage them dodging because they got something they didn't want. If I can go 800 matches without dodging then so can they.

10 min IP or MAC address block for the dodger, so when he tries to switch and play from one of his 5 other accounts he can still feel the punishment.

Especially on ARAM, there's no reason to dodge... it's Random, there's going to be games you don't like. I personally can't understand the desire to make an account specifically for strong ARAM champions. Just have fun, that's what it's there for.
