Is LCS guided by someone???

So i was watching lcs alot and i was always wandering why so many great champions are not being picked at all, while others who in my opinion suck balls, are being over used. For example noone plays garen, however i think garen is the most op top laner in the game and i have never had a problem against any oponent, not even the ones who are supposed to counter me. The thing is garen only costs 450 and everyone has him. What my thought is maybe riot is guiding their pro olayers to play champions that are underpurchised. All those champions that noone likes and noone buys. When people watching LCS see that a particular champion is played alot at the time, they will buy them. It happened to me with elise. I saw elise played played all the time, i bought her and i regret it as soon as i played her. I mean yes elise is hard to play and i am sure that if i put the time and effort to her she might turn out to be great, but i thing she isn't a great jungler anyways. I want to know your opinion, is LCS guided by riot to promote champions that people don't buy much ? Or not...

Indeed, Riot forces the LCS teams to pick/ban Jarvan and Lee Sin all the time because no one has Jarvan or Lee Sin. Everyone has Galio, so they are prohibited from picking him.

If you are not a troll, then the answer to your question is no, and, no offense, but the pros know better than you what is op and what isnt.
