Does anyone else feel that Corki is a little weak after his change?

Not saying the change wasn't bad, but there are things I wish they'd fix.

1 Corki's Powerful W Knocks Enemies Aside

Don't you think that's a waist of a spell when you knock them away from the damage? How are they suppose to get the damage? Walk on it? There shouldn't be a "compensation" to this ability, because there already is when it only activates once every 8 minutes and Corki must use it in 60 seconds.

2 The Package Comes Every 8 Minutes

That means that Corki can only use it at most 4 to 5 times in a game. If they are lucky to get a 70 minute game, then he would had used it at most 8 times. This isn't a ultimate. This enhances one ability for 60 seconds. Why not 5 minutes or at least 4?

3 The Package Enhances One Ability

His R not really needed to be enhanced, why not enhance the damage on his Q or the enhance the amount of Armor and Magic Resist he can take off and how long his E will last. Why save it for one ability?

These things may had been thought out before I said them, but I hope I get one thing through; Corki is no where near as strong as he was suppose to be after the change and there are ways to improve on this.
