Riot intetionally puts trolls in promos.

So when I'm climbing to Silver 5 I get teams that go 50/12. Then when I get to promos I get 2 afk's and my team goes 9/42. Like I just had a Nidalee go 2/14 then afk for the rest of the match. WTF. There needs to be a way to skip promos when trolls are in them.
