I think I've learned a valuable lesson.
Okay, before I say what it is, I also want to say its been a 2 weeks since I've even played League of Legends. Not really wanting the fun to end but it has. I just don't like how Riot is working on this game anymore. Its not really the community. I mean, how on Earth is Riot suppose to do something about trolls? Its something I've learned to just get use to when being online. You just hope that they get proper punishment. But, when I go to Surrenderat20.net, all I ever see are nerfs and vague changes. I'm not going to lie when I say that I've played a good few matches in my 2 years on League, and learned a lot, and League of Legends was a fantastic game for those who just start MMOs.
But, I'm tired of trying. When I see nerfs, I hope that they would nerf a champ that is right now either very popular or just flat overpowered. Yet, time and time again, I just get my hopes up. If you go right now, you'll see that Veigar just got gutted once again. Now, in his change, he had already been nerfed when his passive, Q, W, E, and R all got small/large nerfs. I didn't even understand why it happened but it did. And now, it just continues. Large, and obvious, nerfs to his W which in all honesty should be overpowered is now just powerful. When I use to play as Veigar and even playing as him now, he is not the easiest champion, and that was before his Q and E changes. After, he was even more of a challenge but still playable. And now, he's getting another nerf because of some people saying he's a little strong? Well, duh. He's a counter mage. He's suppose to be stronger than most mages. You know how to counter Veigar? Well, you stop him from farming, you watch out for the E (which is easier to avoid now), and a low health Veigar can be one shot easily. Ganks are also his weakness.
Now, continuing on, for other nerfs I've seen on champions, like Cassiopeia, I can't relate to. And the reason for that is I can't even afford her. Yep, after 2 years, I still can't afford Cassiopeia. I've got 84 champs out of the 127, and I still feel like it won't be until next August until I get it down to having to wait for the next one. I also have no runes. I haven't been on her as long as those from earlier on, and I also am a little flustered that Riot's not reducing more champions. They could just reduce them once a month rather than when a champ is released. It makes it that much harder on new players. If they did this, 12 of the 6300 champions would be reduced to 4800 a year rather than just 4 or 6, and 4 of those 4800 or lower would also be reduced.
I'm also mad that champions like Vayne and Jinx haven't been touched. If other marksmen get small buffs or any type of nerf while Vayne and Jinx still remain supreme, I'm done with the balance team.
Also, for those of you who keep complaining about Gangplank, and Darius, and Garen; I'd kind of like for you guys to lay off that for at least a day. Darius and Garen (well, more Darius) haven't been played in a long time. Darius, to me, was strong before his change, and even after it he is still strong. Garen's change isn't bad either, as it makes him seem like he brings more than he use to. And lastly, Gangplank's change is by far amazing. Its challenging and his new E mechanic is both rewarding to either side. Skarner is hard, and I felt that he was in a good place, but the passive could had used more though (like if a enemy is in the area of the rock with Skarner, the passive his halved) but yeah, I liked the change.
The balance team again has no idea what their doing (ex: Evelynn).
The guy behind Skarner, Garen, and Darius did a fantastic job, no matter what anyone says, as he did make them more viable. But, as someone who was trying to learn Mordekaiser right before I knew that he was about to get changed, I disliked the change more than ever due to two things (actually more but I'll keep this short) : the fact that he either wins or loses bot lane due to how his early is and that all of his power is now in his Q. His passive got nerfed, his W is just plain stupid as it doesn't follow at all what Mordekaiser is (even if they were to change his lore), his E is weird, his R was given a silly passive, and his passive is by far a terrible change. Not sure how one guy can do well on three separate champs while the other does horribly on just one. AND THEY DON'T REVERT IT!
I also want to say that there are teams in League that are doing a great job, those that make just games (whether apps or URF), those that make stories [lores], those that design champs, and others I can't think of at this moment. But, if they can't even make playing as a champion fun anymore, and by that I mean don't gut those that people do like but rather buff others that are doing bad. Buffing a champion may seem hard, yet its the fact that they buff the wrong champs (and in wrong areas) that make it terrible. Like nerfing Azir's range and never undoing it even after his power was nerfed as well, or how Ryze's power was nerfed and yet his abilities costs never went down to compensate. I'm also happy they finally buffed Zilean.
League taught me to only play new champs as they are the best...
I hope that I can find the want and drive to play League again, because it was so much fun.
his passive before would be too extreme if everyone had AP champions even the enemies(So those are the correct changes i like to see).
this item is supposed to make you Stop/Frozen in time/ no action allowed, but theirs still some more champions out there that bypass/glitch this item to a point its unfair.
Not so much fiddle, but they can use their ults & still kill others while using the
